I was born and raised in Oklahoma, where I learned to sail a Sunfish on the local lakes, eventually graduating to a Hobie 14 Turbo and sailing Regattas across the state. When I became a US Navy Deep Sea Diver, it brought me to the east coast where I lived and crewed aboard Hunters and Pearsons from Annapolis to Key West. Stationed on base in the Gulf of Mexico, our Dive Boat was a modified LCM-6, my first motorized boat, where we'd dive the local wrecks and fish.

While in Florida, I cleaned hulls in Ft Lauderdale, dove with mammals in the Keys and restored teakwood decks and repaired fiberglass in the panhandle. Since my earliest days, I've always been attracted to the water, boats, and the things that move them.

Back home in Oklahoma is where I've enjoyed the RV Lifestyle - traveling and camping the National and State Parks, our TT has been to the mountains and the beach too.
